Upkeeping and revitalizing the places we call home.

In 2018 I started restoring and improving my 1880’s house in Colorado — a three-story Victorian that had been split into four apartments during the 50’s, and still is three apartments. Due to its age and numerous reconfigurations across 140 years, it was a blend of old and new, deteriorating and fresh. I found the investigations and techniques fascinating, and the older home instilled a value in me for lasting solutions. When friends, family, and community needed things done, I volunteered to do similar projects for them. Getting started this was a hobby while I worked full-time for about ten years in economic research.

I am following my gladness and interest to build a business doing what makes me feel best: the work, the people, and the opportunities to serve the community. To get things started, I am offering a few services in hopes that the company becomes more established and my reputation grows.

My promise is to do it well or not at all. I try remind myself that these are more than tasks. Every change adds to the story, feel, and legacy of a home and the people it serves.
